The LIFE Conference is a joint effort of many Delaware organizations that support persons with disabilities and their families, which addresses the topics of Legislation, Independence, Family, and Education. More than 550 people with disabilities, families and professionals attend the annual in-person conference.  This wonderful public awareness and education event presents an opportunity for your organization to participate in the mission of the LIFE Conference.

ALL staff assisting at your organization’s exhibit table must be registered in advance of the conference date.  On-Site Registrations for Additional Sponsor Representatives Will NOT be accepted due to venue restrictions.

Additional Sponsor Representatives:
Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors who have additional Sponsor representatives INCLUDED in their sponsorship will be emailed a Sponsor Representative Discount Code (that will allow their included representatives to register at no additional cost) once your Sponsorship is approved.

PLEASE DO NOT register your included Sponsor representatives until you receive the Sponsor Representative Discount Code or the system will charge you full price for them.

  • Additional Sponsor Representatives (beyond those included in Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsor Levels) are available for $110 per person on or before November 7, 2025.

  • On or after November 8, 2025, the charge for Additional Sponsor Representatives is $135 per person.

  • ALL Additional Sponsor Representatives must be registered and paid for by December 31, 2025.
